I am laughing because I setup this blog last year but with it being my first year teaching I was so unbelievably overcome with work, reading, and grading that I never even wrote one post- oh m
y goodness. Alright well to give you a little information about myself and this blog- I am starting my second year teaching second grade at the same school in San Jose- woot woot! Very excited that they welcomed me back this year. I focused a lot on math workshop and developing a challenging math structure last year and so this year I am really wanting to put a large emphasis on ELA and reading in particular. I am in the midst of setting up my classroom and will do a reveal as soon as I get it all organized- hope that some of you are able to benefit from my enjoyable struggle this year :)
